White Peony Root Peony is thought to be the oldest and most important herbal remedy in TCM - Traditional Chinese Medicine.
It works best combined with other specific herbs, as it subtly enhances the formulation. It calms the mind and has been used to treat anxiety, autoimmune diseases, depression, endometriosis, fertility issues, liver disease, muscle cramps and spasms, PMS-painful or irregular periods and upset stomach. Promotes hair growth and healthy skin. An old Chinese proverb says that "a woman who consumes the root of the peony every day becomes as beautiful as the Peony flower itself".
Peony flower is a design that you see on old and authentic as well as new Chinese tea pots.
In China for more than 1,200 years 'Bai Shao' is used to treat rheumatoid arthritis, systemic lupus, erythematosus, hepatitis, dysmenorrhea, muscle cramping and spasms and fever.

Organic Nettle Leaf known as Stinging Nettle is the perfect choice when spring allergies show up. Properties are antiviral, antibacterial and anti-inflammatory with mucilaginous to soothe respiratory, digestive and urinary tracts. In Ayurvedic Medicine it is used to boost immunity and to prevent disease. In traditional folklore it has been used externally as a soothing poultice for wounds and burns.

It helps restore integrity of the gut lining by coating a protective layer inside the mucus lining and around small junctions.

Over 2000 years, the ancient Egyptian, Arab, Greek, and Roman cultures have utilised the healing properties of Marshmallow leaf.

It has commonly been used for mouth and stomach ulcers, diarrhoea and constipation as it contains flavonoid antioxidants, pectin - fiber, amino acids like asparagine, and other compounds like coumarin, phenolic acids, tannins, and quercetin.

The genus althaea officinalis 'marshmallow' is a Greek term that means “heal” or “stimulating the body's own healing abilities”. It prefers salty river banks near the ocean in marsh land.

The mucilage property swells when combined with water and becomes slippery to coat the membranes. The flavonoids it contains include diosmetin glucosides, kaempferol and quercetin.

Antiplatelet and anticoagulant drugs – blood thinners may affect the blood’s ability to clot, and could interfere with any blood-thinning drugs you are taking. Avoid taking with sedative or Rx medications such as sleep and anti-anxiety medications and blood thinners Warfarin (Coumadin), Clopidogrel (Plavix). 
Raspberry Leaf;
It may also have a mild diuretic effect and can increase urination
You had a previous labor that lasted three hours or less.
You’re having a c-section, or you’ve had a caesarean section before or you previously went into labor prematurely.
Can cause gastrointestinal upset and has a natural laxative properties.
Taking high doses of the plant as a supplement or drinking too many cups of the tea can cause problems including diarrhea and vomiting.
The raspberry leaf is in a much smaller quantity due to multiple ingredients so you can have a few cups a day easily.
Lemon Balm;
Avoid taking If you have Graves Disease.
Avoid if you drink alcohol, take sedatives as it may enhance the potency of what you ingest.
Avoid if you take any Rx medications for glaucoma - travopost, thyroid - levothyroxine, or any anti-retroviral meds.
Chaste Tree Berries;
It may be unsafe for women with hormone-sensitive conditions, such as breast, ovarian or uterine cancer. It may interact with some Rx medications; birth control pills, drugs used to treat Parkinson's disease, and drugs used to treat psychosis.
Avoid till you seek medical advice from your doctor.
Marshmallow Root;
May interfere with your blood sugar levels. Hence, if you are already on diabetes Rx medications, avoid the root to prevent your blood sugar levels from falling to dangerously low levels.

It can interfere with blood sugar control during and after surgery, it is advised to stop taking marshmallow root at least two weeks before your scheduled surgery and check with your doctor.
