English Breakfast tea is a traditional blend of black tea, high in caffeine and usually described as full-bodied, robust, rich and heavenly with milk and sugar or for a healthier option drink with honey or brown rice syrup and black is good or use an alternative milk to cow, that is more easily digested. A2, goat milk, coconut milk, almond milk, rice milk or a good quality fermented soy milk non-GMO.

English breakfast tea is a powerhouse of nutrients as it contains magnesium, phosphorus and potassium, with antioxidants including polyphenols, theaflavins, therubigins and a rich supply of vitamin B and folate. Slow’s down aging and detoxifies the body, promotes weight loss, lowers the bad cholesterol and helps lower blood glucose levels. Helps with production of RBC – Red Blood Cells and kidney stones and has some anti-cancer properties.

English Breakfast tea is a blend of Assam black tea, Ceylon tea and Kenyan tea. It states on the internet that English Tea is served on the breakfast table, but when I went to the UK in 2017 at cafes and restaurants they would mainly serve Earl Grey Tea which has Bergamot in it.
