Chamomile is related to the sunflower and has used as a favourite medicinal herb for hundreds of years.

Helps with anorexia, diarrhoea, a digestive relaxant, reduces fever and flatulence, motion sickness, nerve damage, nausea and vomiting, loss of vision, stimulates weight loss and also been used to treat colic, croup and fevers in children.
